The Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law or rule (whether of the State of Indiana or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Indiana, provided, however, that disputes concerning patent, federal trademark, or federal copyright matters shall be governed by federal law.
